I love, love, love this bike!!, July 3, 2012 By This review is from: Diamondback Women 2012 Vital Two Sport Hybrid Bike (White) (Sports) I bought a different bike two months ago and was disappointed with the quality of the drivetrain because it kept jumping out of gear, even after two adjustments. They said it was because of the cheap components on the bike.
So, last week I bought the Diamondback Vital 2 and I totally LOVE this bike. I am 5'4" and got a 15" frame. They had to adjust it to fit me, since my arms were not long enough to comfortably reach the handle grips. They moved the gooseneck back to the highest position. They also fine-tuned the derailleurs which took about 2 mins., and it shifts like a DREAM. I ride at a local park and this bike just ZINGS along easily. My speed, distance, and average mph has increased and I feel like I am using the same amount of effort as I was with my other bike. A good bike really makes a difference. I added a rear rack, and water bottle cage, and that's about all I need to add. I am not adding a bunch of stuff to the handlebars because, in my opinion, it... Read more
